Chief Engineer,

I am apologizing for breaching your order.

I was caught eating in the Crew Mess Room

during tea break time even though

I’ve been warn by you several time before.

Now I am taking it seriously about your orders

which are; do not eat at the Crew Mess and

wear proper attire when eating.

Another apologizing for my absence

when Standby for maneuvering this morning.

I promise to you, this is the last for my

absence without permission during the maneuvering.

I will take a high responsibility

to take part in any maneuvering after this.

I hope you will accept apologize for my mistake sir.

I am trying to be a good cadet as to follow

all the orders without fail and I will gain

as much knowledge as I can during boarding this vessel.
