routine?

bangun pagi..

before 7 dah siap n kene g break1st..

lepas tu g baris..

kalau 1st day of the week, kena g admin, amek attendance..

then, g class..

kol 1230 makan..

kol 2 g class balek..

sampai kol 4..

kol 5.30 g besukan..

at least!! 100 push up and 100 sit up per day..

kol 7 da siap2 nk g makan..

pastu terus solat maghrib..

then bukak buku..

study sikit..

malam..

depends la kol berapa nk tidur..

yang penting, before 7 pagi esok dah siap..

hari2 the same thing..
